Self Care for Less Stress
Your Sacred Sanctuary
Anxiety has been high over the past 12 months due to politics, racial tension, the pandemic, and family issues.
More people are on social media than ever dishing out polarized opinions and sharing graphic videos of abuse, causing some folks to have panic attacks and suicidal ideation.
To calm your nerves, you may have thought to invest in a weighted blanket, therapy, and/or Pharma drugs.
I love weighted blankets and therapy, but what to do if you have not found the right therapist and the blanket is just not helping your low energy and low mood?
Stress is at an all time high and all you want is a silent retreat from it all.
You may want to shut off social media, but how long can you sustain that in a hyper-connected world.
This program is specifically for women dealing with stress, fatigue and burnout. You will learn how to utilize sacred rituals so you can have the energy to exercise, eat cleaner, and just have more fun while achieving your dreams in life.
I created this program after suffering from my own anxiety, panic attacks, chronic stress, and fatigue.
While 2020 was the worst year for many, it was probably the best year for my spiritual growth and development.
That’s when I was pushed so hard emotionally that I needed to find answers to save myself. I was drowning into negative mental chatter and depression. I was on a roller coaster of anger, grief, sorrow, and depletion.
It’s hard to keep the immune system strong when you’re in such an emotional state.
I tapped into spirit to save my life and specifically my mind, but I know one time fixes don’t work so I created rituals to keep myself in that high vibrational state long term and this is what it looks like.
I call it the SAM method:
- Sacred Rituals to Ease Anxiety
- Attitude & Adaptogens
- Meditation & Prayer
This is a holistic approach to mental and emotional health in a way that is not overwhelming.
